When you use this website, we may collect: name and email address (via contact form or Calendly booking), message content you submit through our contact form, and basic usage data — we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
We process your data to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest), schedule a consultation you have requested (contract performance), and send follow-up communications relevant to your enquiry (legitimate interest). We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Your data may be processed by: Make (Celonis) — automation platform, Google Workspace — email and document storage, Calendly — appointment scheduling, Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-assisted text generation.
We retain your contact data for up to 24 months from last contact, unless you request deletion earlier.
